You’ve been here a whole 3 weeks and we have the same position….DO NOT TELL ME WHAT TO DO. You can ask me to cover the front while you do whatever work you want to do but you can not tell me I need to work the front desk cause you already been gone 20 minutes and maybe someone should be up there….I was busy actually doing something that probably wont get done today you are working on a long term project….and then dont be all friendly with me. That shit don’t fly. You have to watch people that are overly friendly and nice….they try and butter you up then pull some slick shit or do something behind your back. does it sound a bit paranoid yes but I’ve dealt with enough “too nice” people to know the pattern. Bottom line: If you are new in an office and want something done you ask.
